Here’s a laptop in for repair, it had intermittent Wi-Fi connectivity and when it did connect, extremely slow speeds. Mmm.. what could be wrong?

Yup, the wi-fi card aerial was disconnected.

Aerial cable re-connected, system cleaned out and checked. A few software updates and overall checkup, including FREE PAT testing with every repair.

I wish all repairs were as easy as this one, but hey, a fix is a fix. A VERY happy customer, doubly so as their bill was less than it could have been. Ding dang doo… 😉
